Allegation(s)

The complainant makes two precise allegations which in the following are merely modified for editorial purposes:

  1. It was wrong of ERCEA not to request the disputed e-mails sent from the President's private e-mail account to members of the Scientific Council.
  2. It was wrong not to thereafter grant the complainant access to those e-mails.

 

Claim(s)

  1. The ERCEA should request the disputed e-mails sent from the President's private e-mail account to members of the Scientific Council.
  2. The ERCEA should disclose those e-mails to the complainant.

 

 

The Ombudsman invites the ERCEA to submit an opinion by 30 April 2016.
