Allegation(s)
1) The Commission has infringed Article 22 of the European Code of Good Administrative Behaviour by not providing the complainant with the information it requested concerning management of the budget under the Grant Agreement.
2) The Commission has failed to investigate the complainant's allegations that the Beneficiary infringed the Grant Agreement, did not respect the budget and did not act transparently.
Claim(s)
1) The Commission should provide the requested information.
2) The Commission should carry out an audit of the project.
