We refer to our letters of 15 March, 4 April and 15 May 2023, in which we informed you of the own-initiative inquiry into the above-mentioned subject.

We would like to thank you for the replies and copies of documents that EPSO provided on 15 June and 14 July 2023.

Having carefully assessed the information obtained so far, we have decided that it would be useful, as a next step, to meet with the responsible EPSO staff.

In particular, we would like to discuss in more detail some of the rules and practices in relation to remote testing. In addition to this, we would like to request that the meeting takes place at EPSO’s premises so that we can have a demonstration in real time conditions on how remote testing takes place in practice (technical preparation of the computer used for the test, environmental check with a proctor, reporting of a problem and obtaining an incident ticket, EPSO investigation processes related to remote testing complaints, etc.).

We would be grateful if your office could contact Ms Valentina Stoeva, who is in charge of this inquiry, to agree on the arrangements for the meeting to take place before 27 September 2023.
