Det här avsnittet är avsett för offentliggörande av en rad tematiska dokument som ska presentera ombudsmannens tankar och ståndpunkter inom en rad strategiskt viktiga ämnen i hennes arbete, eller kring mer allmänna frågor som rör förfaranden.
