The complainant requested public access from the European Commission to all drafts of all 'advance purchase agreements' with pharmaceutical companies for the purchase of vaccines against COVID-19.
As the Commission failed to take a decision on the request within the applicable timeframe, the complainant turned to the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman asked the Commission to reply to the complainant.
