Allegation(s)

1) The Commission wrongly decided to classify the French early childhood benefit as an "allowance of like nature paid from other sources" within the meaning of Article 67(2) of the Staff Regulations.

2) The Commission wrongly decided to proceed to a recovery of the relevant amounts from the complainant by deducting certain sums from her monthly salaries.

Claim(s)

1) The Commission should reconsider its decision to classify the French early childhood benefit as an "allowance of like nature paid from other sources" within the meaning of Article 67(2) of the Staff Regulations.

2) The Commission should reconsider its decision to recover the relevant amounts from the complainant.
