Eurojust wrongly refused access to documents related to the meeting held at The Hague at 10.30 am on 1 July 2009 between police and prosecution lawyers from Britain and Germany.

Claim(s)

Eurojust should provide the complainant with all the documents concerned, including the minutes and transcript of the meeting.
