Invitations to tender
In accordance with the Financial Regulation applicable to the general budget of the European Union, the European Ombudsman is required to put contracts for the purchase of goods and services out to public tender.
On this page, you will find information concerning calls for tenders issued by the European Ombudsman, the planning of low-value contracts, the annual lists of contracts, and the general conditions applicable to all low-value contracts.
Contracts with a value greater than EUR 15 000 and less than EUR 60 000
Contracts with a value greater than EUR 15 000 and less than EUR 60 000 are referred to as low-value contracts in the Financial Regulation. For these contracts, invitations to tender may be sent, as part of a restricted procedure, to a limited number of tenderers who have shown their interest after having been contacted by the Ombudsman's Office. The Ombudsman's Office may also invite other suppliers that have expressed an interest in the tender and that are considered suitable. In order to enable such suppliers to express their interest, information on tenders for low-value contracts will systematically be published, in good time, on the Ombudsman's website.
The information contained in the table below concerns the low-value contracts published by the European Ombudsman in accordance with Article 124(1) (b) of the Rules of Application for the Financial Regulation (Regulation (EU) No 966/2012).
