On 17 October 2000, you made, on behalf of IFT-Nord (Institut für Therapie und Gesundheitsforschung gGmbH), a complaint against the European Commission in which you alleged that the latter had failed to pay various amounts due under Contract no. 97/I.T./12 totalling € 289 610 plus interest.
On 1 December 2000, you informed me that you had received a partial payment from the Commission regarding the first and the second period and that the Commission was working on the final account for the second period. You further informed me that in these circumstances you wished to withdraw your complaint, and you thanked me for my efforts in this matter.
Since you no longer wish your complaint to be investigated, the Ombudsman closes the case.
