In her complaint, the complainant submitted the following allegations:
1) TEN-T EA failed properly to explain why it decided not to shortlist the complainant's application for the post of secretary.
2) She was discriminated against because she had to draft her application letter in English, while her mother tongue is French. In her view, candidates whose mother tongue is English receive more favourable treatment.
