A. The background to the complaint
1. On 19 February 2010, the complainant lodged a complaint with the European Ombudsman against Parliament's decision concerning her classification as a contractual agent in function group IV.
2. On 19 March 2010, the Ombudsman opened an inquiry into the complaint.
3. By e-mail of 29 March 2010, the complainant informed the Ombudsman that she did not wish to maintain her complaint against Parliament.
B. Conclusion
In accordance with the complainant’s decision to withdraw her complaint, the Ombudsman closes his inquiry.
The complainant and Parliament will be informed of this decision.
