You recently submitted a complaint to the European Ombudsman, on behalf of AFS ENERGY B.V., about the European Commission’s failure to reply to your confirmatory application in relation to your request for public access to documents concerning an investigation of alleged fraud on the ‘F-gas portal’
The Ombudsman informed the Commission of your complaint and asked it adopt a confirmatory decision by 10 June 2025. The Commission has now informed us that it has adopted a confirmatory decision on 21 July 2025.
As the Commission has replied to your confirmatory application, the case is closed with the conclusion that it has been settled.
