Dear Ms X,
You submitted a complaint to the European Ombudsman about how the Executive Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (EASME) dealt with your complaint under Article 90(2) of the Staff Regulations[1] concerning a decision not to renew your employment contract.
We found that in its reply to your complaint, EASME addressed all but one of your main arguments, namely, that it refused to provide you with access to your professional mailbox while you were still employed by the Agency.
We asked EASME to reply to this aspect of your Article 90(2) complaint.
EASME has now replied on this issue, and the case is therefore closed with the conclusion that it has been settled.
You will find enclosed, for information, a copy of the non-confidential version of EASME’s reply.
Please note that this inquiry concerned exclusively EASME’s failure to provide a full reply to your Article 90(2) complaint.
