1. The Commission was wrong in refusing to disclose the complainant's overall score for the evaluation of her application for a traineeship;
2. The Commission was wrong in refusing to disclose the threshold for the March 2016 pre-selection of traineeship applications;
3. The Commission was wrong in refusing to disclose those parts of the complainant’s evaluation grid which set out her score in each section.
