Allegation(s)
1) The EIB failed to finalise within a reasonable time the assessment of a complaint lodged by the complainants approximately two years ago.
2) The EIB acted wrongly by continuing to finance the project despite the ongoing complaint, which rendered this complaint meaningless because the project is almost finished now.
Claim(s)
The EIB should finalise the assessment of the complaint lodged by the complainants as soon as possible and preferably before 2 December 2011, i.e., the second anniversary of the complaint.
