1) The EACEA failed to assess properly the documents and information submitted by the complainant.
2) The EACEA committed substantive and procedural errors in its assessment of the appeal lodged by the project coordinator.
Claim(s)
The EACEA should properly assess all the documents submitted by the complainant and consider the aforesaid staff costs and travel expenses incurred by the complainant to be fully eligible.
