Decision in case 693/2019/PB on how the European Personnel Selection Office handled questions on the next stages of recruitment in the context of an open-ended procedure for selecting EU staff

1. On 11 March 2019, the complainant wrote to the European Personnel Selection Office (EPSO) to obtain clarifications on information it had sent her in relation to her participation in the EU staff selection procedure EPSO/CAST/P/12/2017. As the complainant did not receive a reply, she turned to the European Ombudsman.

2. The Ombudsman’s inquiry team contacted EPSO, which replied to the complainant.

3. As a reply has now been sent, this complaint is resolved[1] and I have decided to close the case[2].
