By pre-recorded video message the European Ombudsman will deliver a speech on Agents of Coherence in EU Human Rights Policies. University College Dublin is hosting eht event for FP7  FRAME,  a  large,  multi-partner  research  network  investigating  coherence  and incoherence  in  the  human  rights  policies  of  the  European  Union.
