In light of foregoing, the Ombudsman considers that, when one candidate shares information with another on the basis of his/her recollection of the questions, this cannot have a clear impact on the latter's results in the assessment center tests. As a result, those who sit the assessment centre tests on the first day and those who sit these tests on the following day cannot be treated unequally because, during the assessment centre tests, they all have the same chances of success.
