Candidates should not suffer the consequences of lengthy internal administrative procedures. It is for the Appointing Authority to organise a selection procedure diligently. This also includes making sure that the Selection Board is fully operational and that its members are appointed in accordance with the case-law of the Court and the rules provided by the Staff Regulations.
