Allegation(s)

1) The complainant alleges that the redress committee failed to carry out a proper review of the evaluation of his proposal.

2) The complainant alleges that the Research Executive Agency wrongly refused to make public the highest and lowest points needed for categories A, B and C in the Intra-European Fellowship (IEF) 2010.

3) The complainant alleges that the Agency wrongly refused to make public the names of the evaluators of his IEF 2009 and IEF 2010 proposals.
