Allegation(s)
1. The Agency belatedly and under unacceptable conditions proposed to implement the recommendation of the
European Data Protection Supervisor.
2. The Agency failed to reply to the complainantʹs request that his expenses connected with the trip to the
Agency be reimbursed.
3. The Agency failed to reply to the complainantʹs request for access to documents (documents containing
information on the Agencyʹs discussions and decisions related to OLAFʹs recommendations).
Claim(s)
1. The Agency should grant access to the complainantʹs personal data under acceptable conditions such as
compensating him for his trip to Copenhagen or simply providing a copy on a DVD.
2. The Agency should grant access to the requested documents.
