Allegation(s)
The complainant allegedly suffered harassment at work and, subsequently, dismissal as a result of 'blowing the whistle’. In support of the allegation, the complainant argues that the Institution failed to respect the rights enshrined in Article 41 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union, and in Articles 4, 7, 10, 16 and 19 of the European Code of Good Administrative Behaviour ('the Code').
Claim(s)
1) Re-establishment in the previous position occupied; and
2) Compensation for the material and moral damage suffered.
