The educational requirement laid down by the Court of Justice in its tender procedures organised with the aim of concluding service contracts for the translation of legal texts from certain official languages of the European Union into Italian is discriminatory.

Claim(s)

The Court of Justice should allow professional freelance translators whose degrees are, in the main, not in the legal field to participate in its tender procedures for the provision of translation services in Italian.
