EFSA's public consultation procedure for the renewal of the approval of glyphosate is not user friendly because it imposes 1) the mandatory use of an electronic template, as well as 2) the signature of a disclaimer in order to obtain a copy of the renewal assessment report. As a result, the public consultation procedure was unfit for its purpose.

Claim(s)

EFSA should re-open the public consultation process and allow members of the public to submit comments in a timely and convenient way, and outside of the electronic system.
