Om du är medborgare i någon av unionens medlemsstater eller bosatt i en medlemsstat, har du rätt att inge ett klagomål till Europeiska ombudsmannen. Företag, föreningar och andra organ med registrerat kontor i unionen har också rätt att lämna in klagomål till ombudsmannen.
