We informed the Commission of your complaint and asked it to send you a reply. We reiterated our request on 3 June 2022. The Commission has informed us that it replied to you on 13 June 2022.

The case is therefore now closed.

This inquiry concerned exclusively the Commission’s failure to reply to your request. It did not concern the Commission’s position on your request for public access to documents.
