The complainant, a journalist, asked the European Commission for public access to documents concerning the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Gas (ENTSOG). The Commission failed to reply to the request within the applicable deadline.

The Ombudsman asked the Commission to reply to the complainant and to share with her Office a list of the documents that the Commission has identified as falling within the scope of the request for public access.
