Allegation(s)

The Council has wrongly refused full access to documents 5474/15, 6224/13, 6224/13 ADD 1, 6224/13 ADD 2 and 16045/13 on the basis of the exceptions of Article 4(1)(a), first and third indents, of Regulation 1049/2001.

In support of her allegation, the complainant argues that the Council's refusal to grant access is not in conformity with Regulation 1049/2001 and that the Dutch Ministry of Defence did grant full access to documents concerning the MOS MAIORUM Joint Operation.

Claim(s)

The Council should grant full access to the documents.

 

The Ombudsman invited the Council to submit an opinion by 29 February 2016.
