1) The Commission failed to reply to the complainant's substantive arguments and questions raised in its letters of 12 November 2012 and 15 November 2013.
2) The Commission's visual identity used in its press conference room or rather the related bilingual logo is contrary to EU law and discriminates against the majority of language groups in the EU.
