1) The REA wrongly failed to reimburse the complainant fully for the costs he incurred and the work he had done in relation to the project.

2)The REA was unnecessarily bureaucratic when handling the complainant's request for reimbursement of his travel costs.

Claim(s)

The REA should fully reimburse Mr Zogg's costs and it should pay him in full for the work he carried out.
