Proċedura

Il-postijiet battala għal karigi permanenti fis-segretarjat tal-Ombudsman Ewropew jiġu okkupati permezz ta' trasferiment intern jew promozzjoni, trasferiment jew sekondar ta' uffiċjali minn istituzzjonijiet jew korpi oħra tal-Unjoni Ewropea, jew permezz tar-reklutaġġ minn listi ta' riżerva stabbiliti bħala riżultat ta' konkorsi miftuħa organizzati mill-Uffiċċju Ewropew għas-Selezzjoni tal-Persunal (EPSO) jew minn istituzzjoni jew korp tal-UE.

Pożizzjonijiet vakanti għal postijiet temporanji qed jiġu rreklamati internament, biex jinkoraġġixxu l-iżvilupp tal-karriera tal-persunal eżistenti, jew fuq is-Sit web tal-Ombudsman Ewropew. L-Ombudsman normalment jinforma wkoll lil istituzzjonijiet oħrajn tal-Unjoni Ewropea b'tali postijiet battala. Għal profili li huma meħtieġa b'mod aktar regolari fl-Uffiċċju tal-Ombudsman, l-Ombudsman jista’ jiddeċiedi li jippubblika avviżi ta’ postijiet battala mingħajr terminu fiss bil-ħsieb li jistabbilixxi grupp ta' kandidati li jistgħu jissejħu għal testijiet u intervisti meta jkun hemm bżonn.

Il-kandidati li jkunu rnexxew fi proċedura waħda jew aktar ta’ għażla u li huma partikolarment interessati li jaħdmu għall-Uffiċċju tal-Ombudsman Ewropew huma mħeġġin biex jikkuntattjaw lill-Unità tal-Persunal, tal-Amministrazzjoni u Baġitarja tal-Ombudsman.

Inquiries Officer in the Office of the European Ombudsman OMB/6/2022 - Temporary agent - AD5 Call for expression of interest  for immediate recruitment & drawing-up a reserve list

The inquiries officer in the Ombudsman's Office must necessarily have a very good command of English. The documents concerning the call for expression of interest are therefore only available in English.

Candidates are informed that they are not allowed to contact personally members of the Selection Committee and that doing so constitutes grounds for disqualification from the procedure.

Dear candidates, we would like to inform you that the Office has received a very large number of applications (more than 800) and therefore, the selection procedure will take longer than initially planned. L-Uffiċċju tal-Ombudsman joffri apprendistati, primarjament lil gradwati universitarji jew ekwivalenti, darbtejn fis-sena. Normalment it-traineeships jibdew fl-1 ta’ Settembru u fl-1 ta’ Jannar kull sena. Avviż ta’ Traineeship li jistieden applikazzjonijiet jiġi ppubblikat għal kull perjodu ta’ traineeship, normalment fl-1 ta’ Frar u fl-1 ta’ Mejju. L-Avviż jispeċifika l-profili mixtieqa. L-apprendisti jistgħu jintalbu jqattgħu l-apprendistat tagħhom jew fi Strasburgu jew fi Brussell skond il-bżonnijiet tal-Uffiċċju.

Apprendisti fl-Uffiċċju tal-Ombudsman għandu jkollhom għarfien tajjeb ħafna tal-Ingliż. Għalhekk l-applikazzjonijiet għandhom jiġu ppreżentati bl-Ingliż. Għall-istess raġunijiet, id-dokumenti li jirrigwardaw l-applikazzjoni għall-apprendistati huma disponibbli biss bl-Ingliż.

IT traineeship 2023 - Java/web developer trainee - OMB/T/2023/2

The European Ombudsman offers the opportunity to a Java/web developer trainee to assist in the development of the Ombudsman's Internet and Extranet sites and of internal web based applications.

We invite you to apply for a traineeship starting on 1 September 2022. We offer paid traineeships for a period of one year.

The Ombudsman is offering traineeships in:

  2. digital communication

After considering the very limited traineeship possibilities the Ombudsman's Office is able to offer in January 2023, the Ombudsman will not organise a second trainee selection for the case handling profile in 2022. Information about the selection procedure for the traineeship period starting in September 2023 will be published on our website in February 2023.
