Thank you for Frontex’s reply of 5 August 2022 to this inquiry.

The reply refers to case law to support the views set out, without having giving specific details. Given the importance of the procedural issues that I will examine in this inquiry, such references would need to be as precise as possible. I would therefore kindly request a follow-up letter that contains, in the form of quotations in the body of the letter (and with the related references), the specific paragraphs, in full, from the case law that Frontex was referring to in the initial reply.

Since the requested information is presumably readily available, I would be grateful if Frontex could reply within one week from this letter.

Please note that the reply will be published on our website together with Frontex’s reply of 5 August.
