The Commission fails to implement adequately the relevant rules on conflicts of interest by, for instance, not imposing restrictions on staff leaving its service to take up employment elsewhere. The Commission thereby allows real, apparent and potential conflicts of interest situations to occur.
Claim(s)
The Commission should better implement the applicable rules, including making sure to keep proper and transparent records.
