This is a job where you really have the feeling that you can make a difference, because you have the opportunity to enhance the European administration.

Transparency is really crucial for the European citizens to be able to follow any legislative process and to hold the legislator to account.

The idea of the Ombudsman was to launch this inquiry to stop the ‘blame Brussels’ culture and to help make these positions transparent at an early stage.

We always have in mind the public in general, so we want of course that the citizens have trust in this administration.
