Naša strategija je združiti tri cilje, ki se vzajemno krepijo.
Naš cilj je postati pomemben organ v EU in pri zainteresiranih straneh; zagotoviti visoko prepoznavnost varuhinje človekovih pravic in urada za podporo našemu poslanstvu ter doseči stvaren in pozitiven učinek na upravo EU.
Ti cilji temeljijo na notranjem cilju o učinkovitosti.
