The Ombudsman

Having regard to the call for expression of interest, OMB/3/2026, published on 26 May 2026;

Having regard to the decision of the European Ombudsman of 26 May 2014, on the publication of names of Selection Board members in selection procedures;

Considering that the Advisory Selection Committee should assist the Appointing Authority with the assessment of the applications;

Decides

Sole Article

The Advisory Selection Committee shall be composed of:

• Marie-Pierre Darchy, Director, Directorate for Administration, European Ombudsman ;
• Rosita Hickey, Director, Directorate of Inquiries, European Ombudsman (chair);
• Karim Kouri, Head of Division, Legal Department, European External Action Service;
• Fabrice Mercade, Principal Manager, Directorate of Human resources, finance and general services, European Court of Auditors.

Zinovia Assimakopoulou, Head of Human Resources, Francesca Pavesi, Policy Officer and Felicia Voltzenlogel, HR assistant will serve as the secretariat of the Advisory Selection Committee.
