Decision in case 714/2016/PD on the failure by the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency to answer correspondence

1. The complainant wrote to the European Commission about the management of a project in Montenegro. The Commission asked the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) to reply. As the complainant did not receive a reply from the EACEA, it turned to the Ombudsman.

2. The Office of the Ombudsman took contact with the relevant service of the EACEA. The service then replied to the complainant.

3. As the matter thus is solved, the Ombudsman closes the case [1].
