The Commission has caused illegal and unreasonable delays in the authorisation process of twenty applications submitted pursuant to Regulation No. 1829/2003.

Claim(s)

The Commission should put to vote in the relevant committee and/or adopt a formal decision on the twenty pending applications and abstain from causing any such delays in the authorisation process in the future.
