I write with regard to your complaint of 18 June 2004, concerning Call for Proposals EuropeAid/114796/C/G/Multi.

On 19 July 2004, I sent a request for opinion to the Commission, and informed you accordingly.

By letter dated 1 September 2004, you withdrew your complaint.

In accordance with your request, I have closed my inquiry into your complaint, and informed the Commission of my decision.
