Allegation(s)

EPSO failed to respond adequately and in a timely manner to the complainant's concerns relating to the conditions in the test centre.

Claim(s)

1) EPSO should allow him to resit the admission tests.

2) EPSO should i) check whether all the designated test centres offer the same conditions for candidates in order to guarantee the principle of equal treatment of candidates, and ii) have contingency plans in place where and when needed in order to ensure that the tests are carried out smoothly.
