Allegation(s)

1) The Commission failed to reply to the complainant's letters concerning compliance with the judgment in Case T-300/10 within a period of two weeks, as foreseen in the Commission's Code of Good Administration.

2) The Commission deliberately failed to answer the said letters on time so as to delay matters.

3) By ignoring the relevant deadlines, the Commission also acted unfairly and in an arrogant manner.

4) The Commission failed to provide the contact details of its member of staff dealing with the relevant issue as well as information on the service in which this person works, as foreseen in the Commission's Code of Good Administration.
