1) The decision of ENISA's Executive Director of 30 September 2011 not to renew the complainant's fixed-term contract is unlawful.

Claim(s)

1) ENISA should revoke the Executive Director's decision of 30 September 2011 not to renew the complainant's contract.

2) ENISA should reassign the complainant to her position and, if this is not possible, it should assign her to a new position, if necessary by providing her with relevant training.
