Allegation(s)

1)The Commission's decision of 9 June 2010 to issue a warning to the complainant was incorrect.

2)The Commission illegally forwarded confidential information to Mr X. This was disproportionate and constituted a breach of confidentiality since the communication was clearly marked as confidential. Even if Mr X had been defamed, it would not have been necessary to disclose the name of the complainant to him.

Claim(s)

The Commission should revoke the decision of 9 June 2010.
