The fact that EBA, on its website, makes available information in the English language only (i) is not in conformity with Article 73(1) of Regulation 1093/2010 in conjunction with Article 4 of Regulation 1/1958, as well as with principles of good administration, and (ii) amounts to an instance of language discrimination.

Claim(s)

When making available information on its website, EBA should comply with its obligations pursuant to Article 73(1) of Regulation 1093/2010 in conjunction with Article 4 of Regulation 1/1958 and avoid language discrimination.
