Allegation(s)

EPSO eliminates candidates unfairly from the first stage of Open Competitions by establishing a pass mark through the use of a "Talent screener" without checking, at that stage of the procedure, that the answers of all candidates are accurate.

Claim(s)

EPSO should revise the pass mark established on the basis of the "Talent screener" if it finds that some candidates who passed the first round of a competition gave inaccurate answers to the "Talent screener".
